Scope of application
This machine is suitable for the slitting of various super large coils, such as 20g/m2-120g/m2 cellophane, bill paper, double-sided tape, PVC, OPP, PET and other coils for slitting and rewinding.
Performance and characteristics
1. The machine adopts microcomputer control, magnetic powder clutch tension control and center winding method.
2, the host uses frequency control. Automatic metering, alarm and other functions. The winding is made of A and B axes (air expansion type).
3. Unwinding adopts photoelectric automatic correction correction system to make irregular materials can be divided normally.
4, round knife slitting (or flat knife structure) waste edge automatic discharge device.
5, unwinding (or pneumatic automatic feeding) unwinding has a shaft type air expansion shaft.
